Oct 2006 | Lovely to have a bottle of wine and a welcome note waiting for us - and then a phone call from the owner to check that we were okay. The phone was very handy indeed - a really useful "extra" was the washing machine. The village (Wold Newton) is very quiet, but in a very handy location for The Wolds, The Moors, the coast, even The Yorkshire Dales. Terrific!
